Comments about JanSport TAHOMA GUIDE SERIES:

I have carried this pack on Rainier 3Xs, Mount Whitney and Mount Shasta and it has performed great! The pack has everything you need and nothing you don't…no bells and whistles, everything just performs exactly how you need it to. It is extremely comfortable as the weight is well distributed and the fit is highly customizable. I use the thicker hip belt for longer treks with heavier loads and switch to the thinner belt for fast 2-day trips. I also love the front crampon pocket which keeps the sharps away from my other gear…this pocket also doubles as a blue bag pocket when I'm wearing my crampons. :D
