What is Pack Points?

Pack Points is a program that allows us to reward our most loyal customers. Members are the first to hear about the latest products, promotions, events and sales, and will earn every time they shop at jansport.com.

How do I join?

Joining is easy and free! You can create an Account at jansport.com. As soon as you sign up for Pack Points, you can begin earning points.

Who can enroll?

You must be 18 years or older and a resident of the United States to enroll in Pack Points.

What do I get for being a Pack Points member?

Members receive 1 point per $1 spent on jansport.com. Points are not earned on taxes, fees, or shipping costs. Points are converted into rewards. One hundred (100) points equals (1) one $10 reward.

How do I know when I have a Pack Points reward?

You will receive an email notifying you when you have earned a reward. You can also access your rewards at jansport.com. Rewards are redeemable in at jansport.com.

How do I redeem my Pack Points online?

If you have an available reward, you will be able to select and apply your reward at checkout. You must be signed in to see available rewards during checkout.

Is everything at jansport.com eligible for points?

Almost everything. You can earn points on all merchandise, but you are not able to earn points on the purchase of gift cards.

Do points expire?

Yes, unredeemed points expire 365 days after the date they were earned.

How long does it take for purchases to post to my account?

It can take 24 to 72 hours for your account to show your points.

What happens when I make a return?

When a product is returned, the point value of the return is deducted from your account. If the points deducted from your account are more than what is available in your account balance, you will have a negative balance.

Can I get points for purchases I made before I joined?

No, points only accumulate once you have joined Pack Points.

Can my points be replaced if they expire?

JanSport is not responsible for any points that expire. Expired points will not be re-instated.

Can I transfer my points to another member's account?

No, points earned are only associated with the original email used to create the account.

Why do you need my email address?

Your email address will be the primary way that we track your points. You will need this information during check-out to ensure your purchases are added to your Account. When you use the same email address during the check-out process at jansport.com, you will earn points on your online purchases.

What if I don't have an email address?

If you do not have one, we suggest creating a free address at gmail.com, hotmail.com, or yahoo.com. All communication is done via email, and to access your account information. Unfortunately, you cannot join Pack Points without a valid email address.

What if I don't want to receive emails from jansport.com?

To remain in the Pack Points program, you must be willing to receive Pack Points emails. You may unsubscribe from general JanSport marketing emails at any time via the unsubscribe link in those emails.

Where do I go to see my account activity?

Visit jansport.com at any time to access your Pack Points page to track your points balance.

Will you sell my name and send me spam email or junk mail?

JanSport does not sell or rent our list to any other organizations to contact customers directly. Our complete Privacy Policy can be read here.
