Joining is easy and free! You can create an Account at jansport.com. As soon as you sign up for Pack Points, you can begin earning points.
You must be 18 years or older and a resident of the United States to enroll in Pack Points.
Members receive 1 point per $1 spent on jansport.com. Points are not earned on taxes, fees, or shipping costs. Points are converted into rewards. One hundred (100) points equals (1) one $10 reward.
You will receive an email notifying you when you have earned a reward. You can also access your rewards at jansport.com. Rewards are redeemable in at jansport.com.
If you have an available reward, you will be able to select and apply your reward at checkout. You must be signed in to see available rewards during checkout.

When a product is returned, the point value of the return is deducted from your account. If the points deducted from your account are more than what is available in your account balance, you will have a negative balance.

JanSport is not responsible for any points that expire. Expired points will not be re-instated.
No, points earned are only associated with the original email used to create the account.
Your email address will be the primary way that we track your points. You will need this information during check-out to ensure your purchases are added to your Account. When you use the same email address during the check-out process at jansport.com, you will earn points on your online purchases.
If you do not have one, we suggest creating a free address at gmail.com, hotmail.com, or yahoo.com. All communication is done via email, and to access your account information. Unfortunately, you cannot join Pack Points without a valid email address.
To remain in the Pack Points program, you must be willing to receive Pack Points emails. You may unsubscribe from general JanSport marketing emails at any time via the unsubscribe link in those emails.

Smartwool offers free returns within 30 days from the date of purchase. Items must be unused, unwashed, and unaltered.
Store Returns
Return the unworn item(s) to the store where you originally made the purchase for a refund or exchange.
Online Returns
Return unworn item(s) purchased at smartwool.com 30 days from the date of purchase for a complete refund. Initiate a return by accessing your order history and selecting “Return Items."
Refunds may take up to 3-5 weeks to process due to the time often required for shipping and bank processing. Exchanges are not available.
