A. Validity of Offer.

Valid in the United States only. Void where taxed, restricted or prohibited by law.

To be eligible for Offer, you must be:

B. Participation.

By participating in this Offer, you agree to fully comply with these Terms and
that the decisions of JanSport regarding this Offer/these Terms are final and
binding.

This Offer is only available for qualifying purchase transactions effected on https://www.jansport.com/.

Qualifying purchase transaction amounts ($100.00) are calculated pre-tax and exclusive of expedited shipping fees. Only the purchase of JanSport products may be used to achieve the applicable qualifying purchase transaction amount.

This offer is NOT available on prior purchases or for product returns/exchanges.

Limit of one (1) Gift per customer provided supplies last. JanSport
shall not have liability under any legal theory once the supply of Gifts has
been exhausted.

Award of Gift is subject to JanSport’s verification of eligibility and one’s full
compliance with these Terms.

Use of any artifice, device or other means to seek to violate the above limit on the number of Gifts, any other attempt to defraud JanSport in conjunction with this Offer or the violation of these Terms may result in JanSport requiring return of the Gift or its value.

C. Redemption.

Gift will NOT be automatically included in shopping cart once JanSport customer
achieves applicable qualifying purchase transaction. Gift MUST be added to cart
to redeem. No promo code required.

Gift must be accepted AS IS and cannot be substituted or returned by JanSport
customer for cash or credit. 

Gift may be shipped along with other item(s) in qualifying purchase transaction or may be shipped separately in JanSport’s sole discretion. If expedited shipping is selected, JanSport customer will only
be invoiced for cost of shipping purchased item(s).

Gift may differ from images of same in advertising materials (including on the
applicable JanSport website), with JanSport disclaiming any and all liability
in conjunction therewith.

D. Limitations of Liability

JanSport’s computer is the official clock for the Offer.

JanSport assumes no responsibility for any computer, telephone, cable, network, electronic, programming or wireless Internet hardware or software malfunctions, failures or errors of any kind. The preceding includes but is not limited to failure of the Gift (assuming supplies last) to be loaded into the shopping cart of a JanSport customer who makes a qualifying purchase transaction.

Once Gift has been provided to JanSport customer, it will not be replaced if lost or stolen.

If circumstances beyond the control of JanSport (that is, a force majeure event, such as a pandemic/epidemic, strike, civil unrest, natural cataclysm, equipment failure/malfunction/error or
tampering/unauthorized intervention) interferes with or prevents altogether JanSport's implementation of the Offer as originally intended (as determined by JanSport in its sole discretion), JanSport may in its sole discretion, modify, suspend or terminate the Offer. In any such event, notice to such effect will be posted on https://www.jansport.com/. 

By participating in Offer, participant
releases, discharges, indemnifies and holds harmless JanSport, its parent
company, affiliates, subsidiaries, divisions, and advertising and promotion agencies as well as the officers, directors, employees, representatives and agents of each of the foregoing, from and against any claims, damages or liability due to any injuries, damages or losses to any person or property of any kind resulting in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from the Offer including but not limited to JanSport’s inability to provide a Gift to a My JanSport Member for any reason as well as the
acceptance, possession, receipt, use/misuse of the Gift (as applicable).
