RESPONSE TO COVID-19

To our customers and global community:

Since 1967, our purpose has been to be a trusted companion for individuals, wherever they happen to be in life’s unpredictable journey.

During this time of uncertainty and concern around COVID-19, our steadfast commitment is to do what’s right for our people, consumers and our global communities. Here in Denver, where JanSport is based, our employees will be working from home or remotely until April 5th. We are also prohibiting business travel and closely adhering to World Health Organization (WHO) guidelines on social distancing, protection and prevention. Additionally, our parent company, VF Corp, will close its retail stores in North America from March 16th through April 5th. All employees will receive full pay and benefits during the closure.

It is the responsible thing to do to help mitigate the spread of the virus through social distancing. We will continue to monitor this situation closely and follow the guidance of global health professionals to ensure we’re doing our part to flatten the curve of newly confirmed cases. In the meantime, jansport.com will be fully operating.
